2. What AI models are available on MAIDEPOT?

MAIDEPOT offers a variety of AI models, including the GPT series, Gemini series, Claude series, Dalle series, Imagen series, Stable Diffusion series, as well as DEEPL and OCR applications. These can be combined to reliably generate desired results.

3. What is the mashup feature in MAIDEPOT?

The mashup feature enhances performance by combining the strengths of different AI models. Similar to building blocks, it allows users to assemble AI models to effectively achieve the desired results.

4. How does MAIDEPOT’s credit system work?

Upon registration, users receive $1 in credits, with an additional $4 for email verification. Credit usage follows the generative AI provider's API pricing, and 1.5 to 2 times the corresponding API costs are charged/deducted in credits.

5. What subscription options does MAIDEPOT offer?

MAIDEPOT offers various subscription options, including Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. Pro subscriptions and above offer a monthly allowance 10% higher than the purchase amount, processing of PDFs over 50 pages, and AI mashup speeds up to five times faster.

6. How does the loyalty program work at MAIDEPOT?

If other users use your created AI modules or mashups, you receive 10% of the API cost as a reward. Additionally, you accumulate 1% of the API costs for all AI models you directly use.

7. Is the data I provide to MAIDEPOT secure?

MAIDEPOT uses AI models provided by Microsoft and Google, ensuring the highest level of security. Under contracts with both companies, user input data is not shared with the model providers.

8. What is the refund policy at MAIDEPOT?

9. What benefits does the Freemium plan offer at MAIDEPOT?

New users receive a 7-day Freemium plan trial, allowing them to experience AI mashup processing speeds up to five times faster. Credit deductions are the same as the basic plan.

10. How does the group account work at MAIDEPOT?

The group account is available for groups of at least three users. Through the group, users can share credits, AI modules, and mashups, making AI usage more cost-effective.

11. What benefits does the enterprise plan offer at MAIDEPOT?

12. Who is responsible for the content generated at MAIDEPOT?

The user is responsible for generating and using content in accordance with service providers' usage policies. If the generated content violates the usage policies of the generative AI providers, the account may be suspended or deleted.
